So about 2 months ago my cltuch started to stick a lil on the way up. so i figured slave / master was about to fail so i replaced both of them.

Went through over a liter of brake fluid when i bled it . Used a vacuum brake bleeder(off air hose not hand pump), but no luck at all . It still does it after 6 clutch engagements...in the morning first time i get in the car or any time car sits for a while pedal springs all the way back first few times then gets worse and worse. Used both bleeder valved on slave and dampner line. If it was air in the line then it should have gotten better after pumping the clutch but it doesnt....i am thinking right ....right?

What do you all think, anyone had this problem?

I dunno, I know when I bought mine, the spring never seemed to work, I bought another one, have yet to install it. Haven't had your spacific problem though.

Might I recommend bypassing the bleeder line? Not *quite* sure if it'll do the trick but it can't hurt...

sounds like you have some tricky air bubbles laughing at you in there to me..
