fuel pump problem

I have a freshly swapped SR in a 90 model. I also did an auto to manual swap. I have a Walbro 255 that I'm sure is wired correctly, but when I turn the key to the on position the pump comes on and stays on. I thought they turned back off after like 3 seconds. Again, this isn't with the car running, just with the key turmed on.

it stays no but it stops making the humming noise after a few seconds on startup

recheck your wiring.

actually it's supposed to come on for three seconds and go back off if the flywheel is not spinning.

check ur fuel pump relay. could be bad.
