Car idles like complete crap, need some advice

So i put in my second SR20 in my S13 hatch 3 days ago. The previous motor spun a bearing. The motor started right up first try and no leaks anywhere.

The only thing is the car idles horribly. After the car is warm and the idle drops to 750 rpm it has a hard time idling. The revs bounce up and down a bit and the vaccum and it only pulls about 15-17 at the most vaccum. I have checked all the intercooler piping and there is no leaks. If slowing down from a roll the car dies and cant idle.

So basically what elts do i need to look for or what advice can anyone give me? Thanks

check vacume lines again, i had the same problem yesterday, my brake vacume line came loose and i couldnt push in my brake, and my car wouldnt idle. Yeah try going around 30mph and your car dying and brakes dont work. scary stuff. Ebrake saved my life

The vaccum lines are fine and so is the brake booster line

i cant come up with anything to look for.

Might be your IACV being dirty and not supplying enough air to sustain a smooth idle.

Also, your TPS might be off.

Get the S14 FSM and follow the diagnostic procedures and bust out the multimeter and go to town!

I'd agree with sosideways.. mine's doing the same thing and that's what I was going to do...
