try checking Japantown in downtown LA...
There's a Mitsuwas there that might carry them for sale, not sure about rent...havent been to Japantown in LA for a long time

It's easy to find the VHS tapes for rent at JDM-towns in Cali, but getting the DVDs is a whole different story.

Most shops don't copy DVDs and rent them out... yet.

A coupe local stores here have like every volume of Option/DoriTen/etc for rent.

I've rented most of the best motoring through netflix but have not seen any option videos in the search. Have you actually found any option video's on netflix?
