I received me S13 SR20 from Phase2 2 days ago and finished installing it last night. The only problem it has is that for some reason it floods itself. It will usually crank the first time and run fine. AFter i turn it off and try to restart it it jsut floods itself. So i pull the fuel pump fuse crank it a few times, put the fuse back in and it will then start.

SO what could be causeing the flooding problem? any ideas welcome

thanks

wide open fpr would make it run lean. how does it idle after you get it started up again?? rough?? mine did that and it was a stuck injector. flooded so bad once it wouldnt start it was so locked. she was puking raw fuel through the exhaust. unplug your injector harnesses one at a time, then the coils for the hell of it. my 3rd cyl inj got stuck open. new injector fixed it. i think mine was caused by a blow through set up putting too much voltage on the injectors and causing it to pulse til it fried, but wide open. oh well, runs well now. went back to recirculation.

I founs it, the plug that the two coolant temp sensor go to was jsut unplugged enought o not make a connection. Plugged it together tight and car runs fine.
