I built this car as a purpose-built autoX/HPDE machine. It handles like its on rails, brakes like its hitting a brick wall and accelerates harder than any other NA KA 240 I've ever been in. It's light, nimble and fast on it's feet. It turns fast, changes directions fast and doesn't break a sweat doing it. There is absolutely no body roll on most of the stiffer settings of the coilovers and on full soft it rides like butter.
Now, on to the details.
The body has ~155k on it. It is one of the most rust free 240s I have ever laid eyes on. It's stiff and doesn't flex like other 240s I've driven have. It is all manual, base model. It's light and there is no electrical junk to weigh the car down.
The engine has ~100k on it. The engine was swapped in because the stock engine blew the head gasket. The new engine was in an automatic 240sx that was driven by a 60 year old woman. It has the typical valve train noise but runs like a charm, I haven't had an issue yet with it, no burning of oil or anything.
The interior is stripped. There is no carpet, nothing from the front seats back, no sun visors, no plastic trim, no nothing. Just a dash, door panels, seats, center console, radio+speakers, headliner and 5 point harness for the driver, 4 point for the passenger. It has an S14 driver seat and S13 SE passenger seat. I was drafting a design for a 10 point cage but never got to making it.
The car runs and drives smooth, no wheel shake on highway, no grinding gears(just swapped on a new(used) tranny and the clutch was new when I put the car together this summer. The car has less than 1000 miles on it since when I swapped in the new KA this summer. The suspension has less than 400 miles on it. It's got a lot of weight reduction, it should be weighing in at 2400 or under. It's actually quite quick with the KA due to the low weight. I've run with high 14 second cars on the highway.

-2 15x6 +40 S14 basemodel/altima alloys (Used Michelin MXV4s)
-A complete KA dropout with a blown head gasket
-adjustable pedal overlay kit for easier heel-toe
-set of stock tail lights
-set of stock TC rod brackets
-stock exhaust system
-some misc interior pieces
-Factory service manual
-other stuff that I can't remember off the top of my head
I am asking $5500 or best offer. I have literally hundreds of hours of my own personal work into this car. I have the camber and suspension tuned to make the car very neutral, with a slight oversteer tendency. It is obvious this car has been driven hard by myself. It was made for it and while I drive it hard, I don't do things to it that hurt it, like dropping the clutch, slamming gears or glazing the brakes.
I will entertain some trade offers as long as they are of the RWD or AWD kind. I specifially am looking for late 90s subaru wagon, 5 speed
Please forward all questions to me via PM, email(spott.4(at)osu.edu) or in this thread.
Some pics(these are of me doing some drifting at an event I ran. The car can also drift damn well if I don't say so myself):
