If there is a heater hose leak toward the back of my engine (or anywhere) can the leak cause sweet smelling white smoke to come out of my exhaust? Im getting alot of white smoke that smells real sweet. I think its antifreeze (my radiator won't hold much coolant) and i think im getting white smoke outa my exhaust b/c of it. Any advice guys?

if it is coming out fo your exaust you have coolant getting into the combustion chamber or if the car is turbo you may have a bad seal and it is getting into the turbine have fun gettin your turbo rebuilt and or replacing your headgasket

i had a leak down test peformed the other day so im pretty sure its not my head gasket. My car is still NA by the way. Could it be anything else...perhaps a water pump?

could be a water pump issue, possible its a cracked cylinder, sounds more like a head gasket than anything though.

wait wait wait. I think you might have said something wrong there which is confusing people. White sweet smoke coming out of your exhaust? or is just coming from under neath your car because it is hitting the exhaust where it is leaking?
