Bah, He never wanted to do the second season. I saw him after the first season came out. I was horible, He was trying to do his act and all these tards kept yelling for him to do characters from the show. It was these idots who killed the show.

In a surprise announcement Wednesday, Comedy Central announced that the highly anticipated third season of Dave Chappelle's will not make its May 31 premiere date.

"Comedy Central has suspended production on the third season of Chappelle's Show until further notice," network spokesman Tony Fox said in a brief statement. "All parties are optimistic that production will resume in the near future."

I have only seen that show a few times and I didn't think it was that funny, but I dunno...kinda sucks for the fans. Please don't harass me I was just saying I wasn't into the show but I do agree that it isn't cool that it will not be coming out when anticipated. I was totally psyched that the MacGyver box set came out :) I got that the first day it was out haha.

FastBack 240 - Your sig is fooking hilarious. lmao

To stay on topic, I've been to one of his live stand-ups and I can see why he wants to take a break from the show. It was rather annoying when people yelled out characters and acts from his show. He pretty much put them on the spot and said to just watch the show and get the DVD if they want to see it (of course he said it in a more comical way). Sucks there will be a delay on season two coming out on DVD. :/

Comedy Central has a bad habit of airing the commercials like that ...

Yeah remember reading in an article that people on the street would offer him weed and he'd be like "dude, I'm with my kids," after Half-Baked came out.

I read in Rolling Stone that a big part of the delay was also because thier having a hard time writing material. They want to top last season, which I have to imagine is pretty hard to do.

Did you read what his contract was valued at?
2 years for 50mil. Holy shit, thats more than a professional sports star makes! I don't know what "two years" entails, like two seasons, or two years worth of seasons, but either way, he's got to be one of the highest paid comedians next to Seinfeld.
