Cant find any wheels that are 17x8 5x114.3 -5mm to 10mm range.
I found only 5zigen fn01r that are 17x8 1mm
please help me find any other wheels cheap, expensive whatever

i think it's because most of the cars that run 17x8 are the 4WD turbos, who don't need super wide rims OR low offsets.
The RWD cars that run 17's typically run the 17x9 or 10 or more in back, and the fronts don't usually have enough clearance to run a low offset wheel (not counting the zilvian crowd)
bolt on spacers+5zigens=low offset
