We are using a large vice mounted to our work bench in the garage to try to put it in, and it's bulging pretty bad, and I'm affraid of damaging it. So if anyone who has installed a polyurethane rear lower control arm bushing has any tips to share, i'd greatly appreciate it.

I cut mine in half, then pressed each side in separately. The Whitelines are sold precut so it's not an issue, mine have been fine for over 6k miles.

OLD THREAD QUESTION!
Does the RLCA require the metal to be cut out before installing the Energy Suspension bushing? I have them in the freezer to install tomorrow. Today was not successful. ( I have burned out the centers, and rubber already)
Rather then create another thread, I figured I'd ask here to make it easier on the next guy that searches.

ANSWER YES! Cut the sleeve out!
IIRC one side is tapered to make them go in easier.
Did you take the outer bushing sleeve out?
yes the inner sleeves are out, hmm i didnt notice the taper. any other tips? does freezing them really help?
