HLSD help, any one who has installed there own

so i got all my hlsd stuff and when i put it together i have 2 -right outputs and the out put on the left side sticks out 1/4" or so farther than the other. it wont seal and wont go any further in? the guy i got the oput puts from said they have never had anyone else have this problem. any ideas?i ll try and get a pic tomorrow.

I dont know but I ordered from that same place but a different seller. Same location and all though. It just got here today too! I wont be installing until sometime next week when all my other stuff gets in. I can tell you that the shafts are different. One is 1/4-1/2'' longer guesstimation and they both have different Japanese characters on them

i got my diff like a year ago on ebay, and my outputs from raretrick like 8 months ago, but the one that didnt fit was susposed to be replaced and blah, they cant get it cause of a back order and its just takin too long (4 months) so i m gonna talk to the maqchine shop about cuttin it down.
