Hey y'all, as you know I'm new to the Import game and I just saw the Fast and Furious tonight. Man that movie rocks!! It's got ta be the best car movie in recent history! I admit that sum of the stuff that they do is pretty far fetched, but it's still and awesome flick.

Hey, how do I git mah shifter ta make that kewl clicking (kinda like a chain rattling) sound when I shift. You know, like the one in the green Eclipse?

someone wanna get thier stopwatch and see how long it takes this one to be closed, the movie is kinda old and contraversial try not to bring it up again.

Well i think u get that sound with the short shifter.... at least that's what i've seen from the racing vids when they do the inside shot.... thats what seems to make it. But i'm not sure cuz i don't have one.

As for the movie, i too think it's pretty cool. Well the first time i saw it i thought so. But doh, at that time i had no idea what was under the hood of my car and it was pretty damn exciting <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> but now the movie is kinda "lamishly rice-kid oriented" to me <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

Well...I have to admit that I liked it too. &nbsp;A lot of it was unrealistic and most of the facts were completely wrong, and it brought a lot of bad attention to the import scene, but for some reason, I still liked it. &nbsp;I've gotten flamed before for sayin that, but hey, I speak the truth at least.
As for the clicking sound, the only thing I can say is:

the cars looked nice.... but too riced out.....
but i am glad someone finally made a movie abt import racing... but too bad hicks had to be driving the nice car.... best part was there was lots of Nissans.....

the green eclipse was a piece of crap.... i dont even think it had turbo.....
NOS was over used....

i would however welcome u to the import tuning world and help u learn more then u will hate F&F's dumbass parts as much as some of us do..... but i do own the movie on DVD and again i like the movie but i hate the dumb parts

AND FINALLY! the movie's PLOT SUCKED! wait!!!!! what plot?
