just wonding if this is wise to do. I have a 92 hatch automatic that i'm switching to manual when i do the swap. I was wondering if it would make things easier if just keep the Abs. For some reason i thought i needed to get rid of it. Also, will i be able to use my existing differential/axels. I know i need a new drive shaft but not sure on the differential.

thanks

I would keep it. Older ABS systems are not intrusive at all and its nice to have for oh fuck situations

You've got a lot of bad information if you think the ABS has to go with the auto. You think they never made a 5speed car with ABS?

Unless this is a track only car. ABS will save your ass in a lock up.

lol your rear end can stay the same the thing that changes is the flywheel, tranny, and driveshaft . And abs if a good feature unless youlike to lock up your wheels
