I'm selling this because I bought a Blitz BOV because I needed a steel flange for my application and didn't want to deal with searching for one for this BOV so I'm taking the best offer or trading for anything related to an S13 or turbo parts, i.e. gauges, electronics, etc. I can also add cash for stuff to cover any balance.
