I had been having problems with my car dying, or the rpms jumping up and down when I come to a stop every once and a while. Yet lately(last week or so) it has been doing it everytime the car idles. The only time i have the problem is at idle, otherwise it runs fine. I know that it is running way rich and is flodding out when this occurs. I believe it is my O2 sensor, from what I found while searching, but was wondering what you all think. Any help would be appriciated. I hope i was clear enough, I suck at explaining shit.
thanks

IMO i think it's the o2 sensor.

check for any vacuum leaks, get some carb cleaner and spray it where the intake manifold is and on the vacuum lines. Also do you have the aiv still connected?

at the risk of sounding stupid, i'm not sure what the aiv is, i gues i should check my fsm. Also, I took the plugs out yesterday and they were very black, more than the previous time i changed them. I going to order a wideband o2 and an safc II next week, to try to clean up the fuel a little, since it is so rich. unless any one else has a better idea of what i should get. I cant afford a power fc right now and there is no one around that can tune an e-manage.
thanks
john
