i seem to find inconclusive answers to how to make this work... i have some "different" ideas floating in my head for my new coupe.. and a ca is my current top choice of motor.. but i am going to be running a dohc ka tach.. if possible... or is it not?

i don't really want to be that duesch that has all but on thing done with my crazyness...

Yes its gonna work , but you can run with the stock tach with a litlle mod . solder 4 wire on the ignitor harness and you join them on the tach wire with some diode(i think) somewhere in the dash .. that how mine is hooked.. dont ask wich parts... i dont know the part the guy used ! but i know its working fine.

Yea, DOHC tach plugs right in and works.
