PDM Cams

I will be changing my timing chain in the end of the summer and I was wondering if the PDM Cams were really worth it?  I can do both at the same time.

Don claims these cams bring around 10-15 more hps.  Would that be true?

Anyone bought them? Insights?

I've heard bad things about regrinds instead of whole new cams.  I don't know exactly why they are bad tho, hopefully someone else can add a bit more.
