Can anyone tell me what brand of meshies these are?

I picked these up dirt cheap at a garage sale. Anybody know what brand they are. Also if anybody has a pair of these in 16's I may be interested in buying 'em. On the back it says: Made in Japan then S.W. On the front is a marking that looks like a JW.
