I just received the brand new Tein Flex coilovers that you sold me. You must have sent me the wrong coilovers by accident. You sent me very used coilovers, that are different kinds! Two are HA's and two are HR's. There was writing on them from what seemed to be a set off of a front clip. I attatched pictures below to show you and everyone.

This is funny shit now!!! I send him another email on Thursday and it comes back since he blocked my email address. I called the BG police and they said to report the case on Monday to a detective. Anyways, I took matters into my own hands and tried calling him several times on Friday but it would and ring and ring and no voicemail would pick up. I then emailed him to his university email address and basically threatened the shit out him. I told him that I know his real name, I know where his dorm room is, where his parents live, and that you can live your life like Osama Bin Laden and hide like a little bitch but I will find you and there will be hell to pay.

Yesterday, Kevin Colyer aka Chris Jones emails me back from his [email protected] address and here are the emails....

Why did i get banned? Ive been trying to get in contact with someone named carlos and for some reason he doesnt email me back! Well what happened with the coilovers was that they were under my bed for about 5 months. Packaged and everything. Finalyl ship them out and you complain that they were not flex's. I was almost 100% sure that i had flex's in my room the whole time. So I looked into it and found out that the flex's were still at the warehouse but they got installed on my car. The car hasnt gone anywhere but I dont have anything else to put on the car at the moment. Tanabe DD coilovers were supposed to be here already so i have to look into that. Im not the only person that works on my car so chances are while i was gone that the flex's got installed. Easiest thing for me to do would have you send the coilovers back and Ill send you a check in the mail. Paypal also locked my account because of claims from carlos so i havent been able to talk to him. Ill just dig into my wallet and refund you when you send the coilovers back. Let me know so we can figure it out.

I am Carlos and he has not been trying to get in touch with me. All his emails have been bounced back due to him blocking the email. I ran his name and address in our database here at work ( I work for the dept. of defense ) and also the sherriffs office and I have his SS#. I am awaiting a detective to call me back and also taking legal action if this money is not back in my account by Monday.

He did email me saying that he refunded my cash but I am still out the $300 for the Greddy manifold, I only was refunded for the SAFC and PAYPAL is still holding those funds for some reason.

I think I will make a call to the B.G. police department as well to file a case with them or talk to them to see what I can do. Also, Carlwill, could you please private message me the name of the detective that you spoke to so that I may file a claim with him as well? You are not aware that the reason products were not shipped out was because of paypal locking my account? I tried to email you a few times and this is the first time that i have gotten an email back from you. The only thing I can do is send a money order to your house or i would actually prefer you to file a claim with paypal so they take $ out of the amount that i have locked. So file a claim with paypal to get your $ back because it hasnt even gone to my bank account its still in the paypal account and wont let me send money. I tried sending you $ the last few days but paypal will not let it. File a claim.

Then he tells me he sent the money back yesterday via Paypal manually but today I get an email saying a money order for my $300 is in the mail. I am sure its BS but I still have the authorities standing by and I have some military friends in Ohio so we will see what happens.

The kid is stupid and should be on America's Stupidest Criminals. The detective at Bowling Green that Carlos and I are dealing with called Kevin Colyer aka Chris Jones yesterday and told him to refund the money and set things straight with everybody he ripped off. So Kevin emails me and tells me that the detective told him that I need to ship the coilovers back and then he would return the money. The coilovers weigh 62 lb and I am not going to pay to ship them back b/c he screwed up. I called the detective and ask why I need to ship them back at my own expense and he said that I shouldn't and that he never told Kevin that. The kid lied and is even more deep shit now!!! My next option is to ship them c.o.d. for the $1075 that I paid for them plus the shipping charges. I am waiting for dumbass to return my email so I can confirm his address. I am real tempted to drive up there this weekend and get the refund in person and I'll make him refund me the gas for the 1000 mile round trip. There alot of things I want to do to this little bitch if I see him in person but I don't want to go to jail.

wow he sure is an idiot. I was a computer science major before i changed majors and i know a few things about IT and administration. The ip he uses to log in is basically the same all around his campus they make it that way so if he does stupid shit like this he can be tracked. Legally speaking, you CANNOT be refunded for costs associated with what you're speaking of, Ryno. He is not obligated to pay for your trip or gas. He is only liable for what you have lost.
Also, shipping COD for alot of money is not a good idea, because you'll be out the coilover set. The shipping company will hold on to the item until their delivery charges have been paid.
Tein will rebuild/refurbish those coilovers if you're stuck with them.. don't know how much, but I've seen coils go in looking like yours, and come out close to new.. some deep scars on it, but fresh-looking otherwise.

However, stay in contact with the detective. Keep all your emails, ect. But, I have to ask - if you have proof that you've been ripped off, and that the kid is lying to you blatently (asking for coilovers back), why has he not been arrested yet? It's a federal offence to commit fraud over the internet. Tell the detective that you have enough evidence, and if you don't get a resolution (refund or arrest), that you'll go to the FBI, who actually has jurisdiction over internet scams.

I am Carlos and he has not been trying to get in touch with me. All his emails have been bounced back due to him blocking the email. I ran his name and address in our database here at work ( I work for the dept. of defense ) and also the sherriffs office and I have his SS#. I am awaiting a detective to call me back and also taking legal action if this money is not back in my account by Monday.

I shipped the coilovers back cod and UPS tried to deliver them but he wasn't home and didn't have the funds. The police said there is nothing they can do but they put me in touch with the FBI and I will be pressing charges for fraud.
