the buyer backed out on my S15 spec R steering wheel.

Ok so does the airbag for the S15 work on S14? with out modification
It plugs up, but not sure if it works. install it and crash your car, then tell us ;)

yes the horn and airbag bolt up and work =)
ignore NRGs advice haha
