Japanese Writing?

Im working on some decals for a local thing and I want to put some japanese writing on it but havent been able to find a font or program to get them into Illustrator. I would like to have it say "neglected respect" or something close if possible. So if anyone could help it'd be much appreciated.

ouch... that was harsh.

i'll be a little helpful. focused your best bet would be to find the equivalant kanji characters for 'neglect' and 'respect'.

even then, most of us asian people are going to look at you and laugh. but it's your car; do what makes you happy. :hsdance:

if you wanna write japanese, you need japanese IME. windows XP comes with it, just gotta enable it. otherwise you neeed to download from microsoft.

i used the japanese IME and photoshop to make my sig, and tons of other stuff.

driftaholic, what font did you use? The default Japanese IME font doesn't look very good and I couldn't find any other ones that work with the IME.

そう、日本語分かる。

japanese ime comes with 5 fonts. they're named ms pincho and ms gothic i believe and there are a few varieties of each.

Yeah i suppose i have some ignorance toward it since I don't know anything about it, but that doesnt mean i don't have respect for it. Don't Assume.
