i jb welded an allen wrench to FRpilot's 5-sided allen screw in his Z32 master cylinder, to see if we could get it out after he made it 360-sided.
i never heard if it worked though.

Good idea. I've been meaning to take out that stupid 5 sided screw and tried the undersized six with no luck.. hmmm. jb weld..
Used it to patch up exhaust leaks on kyles car. "Seems" to work fine at all temperatures.

Nothing extreme, really... The cracked engine block stories crack me up anyway. JBweld.com has some stories in their testimonials section:
http://jbweld.net/testimonials.php
I've used jbweld a couple times on radiators with success. Metal end tanks on both, FWIW. First time was 450miles away from home when my top tank cracked whilst going up the grapevine (whoops). Then my headgasket blew on the return trip around 300-400 miles away from home. Made it all the way home, too. That motor and radiator went in the trash though.
Most recently the support/mounting post on the bottom of my 1yr old radiator developed a crack... I guess it was brazed on and gave out? I jbwelded that whole thing and did a thick layer of it on both of those posts to prevent future issues. It's holding up well so far (daily driver).
I once tried to patch my busted PS lines... that didn't work at all. I cut a rubber hose in half, gooped jbweld all over it, wrapped it around the cracked PS hardline and used hose clamps and spread more jbweld... I guess the pressure there is too high, doh.

I fixed a cracked transfer case on a FJ40 Landcruiser once. I think I remember sealing a gear case on one of my old dirtbikes too. Both dumb ideas but it worked I guess.

Well wasn't succesful but after the 2nd attempted break in I tried to JB the door handle back onto the door. Didn;t work wella nd made a big ass mess, scraped it for months until I got most of it off.
Then i tried to put my 240sx sign back on my floor mats, failed again. SO, I then threw it at the cat near me and for once it finnaly did somthing and hit the cat. Didn't stick then either.
PS: Fuck you PETA bastards that I offend(ed). I feel like a big mediam rare steak too...

Most extreme for me is when the Z32's radiator broke at the top where the top radiator hose connects. The plastic circle part broke completely off. I JBwelded it and it held up for over 6 months before we replaced the radiator.
Also fixed a pinhole exhaust leak on my S14 with it once. Worked great for that, but it was a tiny hole in the resonator so I wasn't too surprised.

broke an oil pressure sender in half......
waited for all of the oil to drain and then put in a big ass screw, JB Weld & an oil filter relocating kit that had ports for gauges. I used said ports for the new pressure sender.
2 days ago....havent tried to drive it yet :tweak:

I used it to pot around a cracked -an fitting on a z32-S13 conversion brake line. it leaked with no pedal pressure before the jb weld and held against full pedal mashing after, not sure how much psi a brake line sees tho. Needless to say I dont recommend using jb weld on a hydraulic system even tho it worked for me, i was just waiting for my new line to come and didnt drive the car much.

Drilled and welded a bung on my oil pan for an oil return line on my KA-T, after the welds cooled down, there was a small oil leak. I coated it in JB weld and smoothed out the "popcorn" welds where the welder kept popping. I bought a new bung and had another oil pan ready to drill incase it sprung again. 85PSI of oil pressure later, still holds up. We'll see how resistant it is to petroleum based products...
