I know this has been talked about plenty of times, I've read up on it and came up with this list of parts for my S13. The guides I have found include tranny/clutch parts..but if I'm doing an SR20 swap, those should be included (right?). Here is what I believe I need to order from nissan:
Clutch pedal and brake pedal with brackets
Master cylinder and slave cylinder
Hard brake line from master cylinder
Rubber brake line to slave cylinder
Manual Driveshaft/Transmission Yoke
5 speed transmission crossmember
Center console trim piece/boot
Rubber boot and metal ring
nismo shift knob
If I am missing anything, please tell me, as I want to order everything in the next few days. Thanks!

replace the clutch, pressure plate, release and pilot bearings
think about putting in a lightweight flywheel

^The clutch and related items would be aftermarket though, I just need to know everything I need from Nissan (dealership) at the moment. Sorry I didn't really make that clear.

brake pedals in an S13 are a bitch to remove just cut down your AT brake pedal it will save you a ton of time
I would also recommend a SS clutch line instead of the rubber one along with a nismo slave cyl/pivot made my 4 puck feel like a stock clutch
you also forgot the ruber boot and its metal ring that are under the dash trim plate...one of the two parts is discontinued so you need to find it at a junkyard or on the internet
As a side note why not get things used and shit so you dont have to pay out the ass at the dealership

How bad is the pedal swap? I'm getting the swap done by a mechanic...I'd rather put a new pedal on if it's not impossible. Also, I work at a dealership, so the parts are cheap.

go ahead and have the machanic do it's only hours if you work at the dealership you ahould have the book that says how long a job takes look it up
Cheap is a relative term last time i went to the junkyard I bought everything for my manual swap minus hardline slave cyl and my flex clutch line for 25.00 so to me no matter what your discount is its not that cheap
BTW you get the thumbs down for not doing the swap yourself

The swap won't be done at my dealership, it's on the side. Also, why should I do the swap myself if I can have someone who knows what they are doing do it? I am not going to risk fucking my car up and having nothing to drive just to save some money.

those hourly books are universal bud no matter where you are they will list the same amount of time and most shops including a large percentatge of private places follow those books but your call thirty min with a grinder or a couple of hours at shop rate to change out the pedal.
It is next to impossible to fuck this job up too drill three holes jumper two wires and put the rest together done and done
I almost forgot a part you need a manual DS or transmisson yoke the length is the same but the inside diameter is different

I know, but he does the swap for a flat fee. The manual DS (what is that anyway?)/ tranny yoke, wouldn't that come with the SR20DET swap?

swaps dont come with driveshafts usually I bought the enjuku one piece alum DS when i did mine
DS=driveshaft

Yeah I was wondering, my freind's S15 swap did come with the driveshaft..won't fit..but it came with it. Am I going to need a new driveshaft since I have an auto tranny or will it fit?

not sure on length but i am sure the yoke (splined area that goes into the trans) is a different size because i got shipped an auto DS when i first ordered mine and the yoke was too big

Okay I updated my list to include that, but I will probably get an aftermarket driveshaft...nissan's is probably the same cost as a one peice. Will I need a new differential? I know I should upgrade to an LSD, any recomendations?

are jdm s13/14 manual driveshafts the same as usdm.. more simply are ka and sr driveshafts the same. and are the yoke for the trannies the same?

AFAIK all manual DS are same between SR and KA S13
IIRC S14 uses a different length DS
Manual trans yoke is same on both s13 SR and KA so I would assume since you can use the same manual trans on S13 and S14 that they would all use the same yoke

ABS S14s have a different DS if I'm not mistaken, because I am pretty sure my front DS section came from an S14

i believe you're correct; mt s14s have different driveshafts depending on abs. i believe its also a concern when you want to swap a diff.

Oh, I guess I failed to elaborate on why my post mattered, I am almost sure that Russ sold me the front driveshaft section out of a 14 for my own auto-manual swap in my coupe... I am not sure about the diff though

ABS or not though it should use the same output shaft on the manual trans and therfore the same DS yoke

while we're on the subject....you DO need the manual tranny gussets or mounting plates right? There's two of them right?
Also are all the years, 91-98, interchangeable?
Just making sure.
