Parking brake engagement delay.

My parking brake has this problem where the rears wheels wont' lock until about 5 seconds after the handle is completely pulled up. Then the rear wheels will lock.

A while back it didn't work at all because the one caliper was blown so I replaced both rear calipers and installed Project Mu pads.

It makes my parking brake completely worthless for track event. :2f2f:

It probably has to do with your pad choice. Your pads are probably designed for more heat and don't work until they get hot. Before you go out on the track, pull your handbrake and give it gas. Get those babies up to temp and you are good to go.
