Well I am not one for cutting wires so What I would do Is look under the rear deck between the speakers and unplug the amp. Then I would get the wire Splicers I can't remember the name of them but they are red and snap on the wire. Well get an extension wire you can cut into 4 Pc. and put them in the extension end of the splice and connect straight to the speaker. It Will work for now until you can get a real amp.

There really should be no reason to blame the amp for no sound...You should double check your wiring to the head unit. If you are 100% sure your wiring is correct then bypass the amps...I've posted this a million times but here is a guide to help in the bypass. (my stock amps were cutting in and out and acting funny...so i bypassed and it works great now)

well,, u do need to blame the amps if your deck is ampin the signal as well... a signal amped twice = naasty... (i think anyway.... it sure didn't work on my car till i redid ALL my wiring and got a real amp)

An aftermarket deck played through my factory amps to aftermarket speakers. It sounded like ass on a warm summer day, but it played nonetheless.
