First of all, the pic has to be on the internet.  You cannot post a pic from your hard drive.  Upload it to www.eframes.com or something.  Copy the url.  Click the "Image" tab on the "Add Reply/New Topic" page.  Paste the url.  Click the "*Image" button again and you're done.
