S13, S14s any 240 1991 and up. I'm looking to spend 5k or less. I'd prefer low mileage(around 100k or lower), but will consider higher mileage car if the body and interior are in near flawless condition. Modded or stock, it doesnt matter to me. Auto s13's need not apply, but I will consider auto s14's. I'm located in Silver Spring, MD, and would prefer something local, so show me what you got.
