Anyone have any input as to whether i should run some 5mm or 8mm spacers on the stock studs? Also, anyone have a link to a set of good spacers in these sizes? I looked at the ones on projectnissan.com and they aren't hubcentric so i dunno if they are worth getting.

Are you doing this for coilover clearance or just "for looks"
Because if its just to push the wheels out 5mm for looks, I doubt you will notice it much. In the meantime you are mildly sacrificing some safety.
On my car, I wouldn't do it. Bolt-on spacers only, if I had to.

H&R makes 5mm ones that are around $50 dollars or so for a pair.

Are you kidding me?
Just go to search and type in "wheel spacers" and you'll get 3 pages of threads.
Here's the most recent one that was revived.

Read it thoroughly then ask your question.
