S14 Suspension

As title says. My stock is shot to hell and I need a replacement. I am interested in a nice set of coilovers or strut/spring combination, new or used. I do not plan on racing my car and it is a DAILY DRIVER!!! In other words I don't want to be beat to death driving to work. I have stock S14 SE rims, and I want to bring the car a lower stance for handling, so adjustability would be nice. I do drive hard, and will occasionally go for a spirited run, so any suggestions would be helpful!

I have money in hand, as long as the price is right. Seller must be willing to ship, because I live in Tulsa and that is probably miles away from anyone reading this....
