Your new favorite website. Thanks me later.
As for my opinion, it all depends on what kind of driving you do and what kind of power your packing or planning to put out. BTW, there are no such tires that give you 2 inch sidewalls.
If I were you, for the front 215/50/16 and 225/45 are good. I would suggest 215/50 dunlop direzzas.
For the rear, I'd either go with a 215/50/16, 225/45/16, or even a 225/50/16 but the sidewall might be a little too big for your taste.

Personally I would do 225/50 and 245/45

thanks for the size calculator flybert, great tool! the tire sizes you guys have recommended are good but want a somewhat noticable smaller tire and dont want that much tire, bc those are basically the same diameter as stock size, and i want smaller to be able to slam it some more!

Yeah but then you will go scrape scrape and your speedo will be out. Also if you go smaller tire your body will be slammed but the wheel well will have more noticeable gap all around. Most people always TRY and keep near the same size stock. Lower isnt always better!! You're going to end up bottoming out on your suspension/ the frickin ground all the time if you go as low as it seems you want.

yeah, good point but you know how good that slammed look is but anyways, just searched and found a pic of an s14 w/ my exact wheel specs and your exact tire sizes, and it looked amazing, so i think ill go for that...thank you very much for the advice!
Good choice! If you got any smaller tires it would look like shit. I hate when people put low profile tires on like 16" wheels.
