I know a few months ago when I was ordering my GLs, some of you asked for pics when I got them. So here you go! The car is going into the bodyshop in 2 weeks to be completely repainted, and the Body kit put on. Then somehow I have to start saving again for a swap or turbo kit & rebuild..

Yeah, specs specs specs! The rear's look close to Skip's wheels, which are something ridiculous like 18x10 -12 ..
Dammit! I want a Zenki S14.. :bowdown:

Specs as follows;
Fr 18x9 +25 w/ 225-40-18
Rr 18x10 + 22 w/ 245-40-18
I looked into the +12 offset to find out the lip is the same depth. So I figured if I'm not getting any bigger lip, Why do more work to pull the fenders...haha...Yes I am lazy!! So far I rolled the rears, But I haven't pulled them yet. I want to see how it looks with the kit on first, Then pull them according.

i was bout to say they look the same as mine
the difference in the +12 to +22, same size lip, however the face is closer to the caliper on face 2, making it seem like the lip is bigger since the ends of the spokes bend in a tad
+22>+12 on gl!

very nice and clean. GL are so nice. the lip doesn't phase me. I think I have become immune to the lip since I regularly see 18x9 -9 fronts and 18x10 -20 rears. Damn good wheels man, they look oh so nice and sexy.

Hmmm, painting and then pulling fenders?? I'd recommend pulling before paint if you're going to pull, but that's just my opinion.

Thanks guys....
The deal with the body shop is that we're fitting the kit, pulling the fenders & getting all that straight..Then after we block it, we're painting the whole car. We're not doing anything after the car is painted.. Sorry that wasn't clear... The color is pretty close to the original Ruby Red Pearl, but it has alot more metal flake to it & the clear is a high gloss.. I don't want to have to paint the door jams or the engine bay & trunk...So i went with something really close to stock, but a much higher quality.
To be honest the pic I posted were taken on an overcast day. So they don't really do it justice..The gold wheels match nice with the car. I've gotten alot of compliments from people already around here.. Of course there are the haters too. Nothing like what I am doing has been done here. And there are ALOT of domestic lovers here too. So I have gotten my share of negative comments. I for one dont really care for the look without the kit on. But I was trying to satisfy my lack of patience.. haha
S14srpilot- Yes they fit perfect...Thanks alot. I saw the pics of your ride too... It looks HAWT!

Looks hot, I like the gold on the burgundy. I had gold GT-N's on my purple s14 for a while and got the same mix of haters and people who loved it.
I ordered a set of the new gram light T57-RC's a month ago (1st set coming to the US??), so I still got another 2 months wait or more, said 90 days at least.
And am I somehow not seeing it or did you not reveal what kit your putting on?
