Snap ring pliers, takes 3 seconds.

if you still cant do it with snap ring pliers, remove the housing of the bov, gives you way more access

hmm I dont know what you speak of, oh but mine was attached to the hot pipe so i guess i cant help?

very easy with snap ring pliers and like it was stated above you cna remove the outer housing this allows you much more movement to get the ring properly placed if you dont know how there are bolts in the little holes on the front of the BOV they are allen head but i cannot remember what size

just used some snap ring plyers, hell yes snapped on easily but scratched BOV just a little, not noticeable though.

even with snap ring pliers i had trouble, the angle was off and i scrathed up the bov, i guess taking off the housing is an easy fix to that

Since were talking bout HKS SSQs, whats the max boost do the regular springs/inserts hold?

right size snap ring pliers!!!
I tried with some cheap 2dollar ones and it wouldn't do it. Than got the right kind and went in real easy.
