i understand i want the nabco, not the tokico, from what i have searched. i found a 1990 na at a junkyard...and it has a tokico mc. i have z32 front brakes, stock 240 rear..i feel i need a bigger mc..how do i know if this is 15/16, 1 inch, etc? i understand i measure..but measure what? thanks in advance.

you are correct. all the master cylinders will say the size on the side of it

And if your just running z32 front calipers and stock rears you dont NEED the z32 master cylinder to make it work good. My setup (same) works fine without the brake cylinder.

it would help having the extra six pistons up front, but your right, you dont necessarily need them

Nope. I have the MC with the 5 sided allen plug and the MC didn't have anything of relavance on the side (just some random useless stampings).

some 1" ones dont say nothing
all 15/16" and 17/16" say the size on the side
