how much oil? & TACH SIGNAL!!!

how much oil should I put into my SR20? Im doing an oil change and i need to know how many quarts I should put in?

Also, Im wiring up a Defi tach and I need to know where to wire the signal wire, to the coilpacks or to the ecu?? PLEASE HELP NEED HELP ASAP!!!
