Greddy VSPL boost lag on SR20?

Does the greddy VSPL have alot of boost lag with a near stock SR20? I have Greddy power pulleys, suction kit, JUN Ultralight Flywheel, Blitz DP, Test Pipe, and Blitz Nur Spec. I know the light weight flywheel let's it rev faster so it should help to kill the lag, but with those other power adders, the VSPL should not add alot of lag should it?

I have the V-SPL, stock boost
my friend has the stock SMIC, stock boost

I notice no difference when I drove his.
When he drove mine, he said spool was maybe a couple hundred RPM slower.
We argued about it for a while, but the point being, there's a VERY nil difference, that's debatable at best, so if turbo lag is your concern, it's a non-issue.
