how many miles are on your SR20?

for all you sr20 swapped people, how many miles (or km) is your motor at currently? its rare to see higher milage sr20's (miles you've added after the swap). what maintainance have you done since your install?

I'm at 89,xxx kilometers/55,000 miles. my motor originally had 65,000 km/40,000 miles.

Stock engine I assume, has done 144000kms compression is still good runs well. Normal maintenance oil and filter changed every 8000km, plugs but there good for 60000 kms or so. Smartest move if your looking for a tip is to let the car warm up to operating temp by that I mean the oil, before beating on it.

Hacked head gasget job by previous owner, as well as no VVT (probably couldnt figure it out so he just took it out)
Other than that stock and just dandy

36000km , oil change every 5000/6000km is what eveyone here in europe suggest for a long life..

i'm at about 120,000km with my redtop and it runs as clean as a whistle. i'm just being religious with the oil changes, and keeping my eye on gasket/oil leaks.

engine came w/ 77k Km on it (supposedly) and it's probably been driven...3000 miles? maybe less...no issues thus far, already changed the oil 3 times lol...


i'm crazy w/ oil changes...i do them 2-3 months on the SR, even tho i drive it maybe 10 miles a day usually


although yesterday i put 250 miles on it in one day and it seemed to have a great time doing it (half the day was spent at 100+)
