Redline manual tranny fluid

Which redline manual tranny fluid is better MTL or MT-90? I also heard that some automatic tranny fluid is better than the manual fluid. Any help would be most helpful. BTW, I have about 73,000 miles.

I use MT-90 on my car, it runs great. I hear someone say using thinner oil somehow helps smoothen out the shifting, but I'm not sure about that.

MT-90 is according to factory specs (75w90) I'd say go with that, better safe than sorry.

I just bought the MT-90 oil myself about a week ago.  Soon it will be going in. probably this weekend.
