from a fellow rotary head:
hey all, for some people dont know, our state *CA* can help up to $500.00 and $100.00 deductable from u, to get ur car pass smog. i went thru a test station and failed because the car was a gross polluter. i send a application from < www.smogcheck.ca.gov > to the state and got their approvel to fix my FD. only took me 2 weeks right after i sent the letter and receive their approvel. i just got my car back and i'm happy that my FD pass smog. i have no mods so far fully stock and i would rec. this to anyone that need their car pass smog. everyone should take this advantage cauz the state pays for labor/diag/parts/and to make sure ur car pass california limit, so its pretty cool.
