Where in the BA? There's Kohlweiss in Redwood City http://www.kparts.com/index.shtml

Parts Heaven in hayward 23694 Bernhardt street, hayward, CA 94545 #(510)782.0354, they specialize in porsche parts, but they got some awsome (Dot4) break fluid and tranny fluids.

There's a Longs Drugs in Oakland's Rockridge plaza that carries redline MTL, MT-90 and synthetic engine oils. They seem to maintain stock of it because I've seen the shelf nearly empty once before to being restocked a few months later.

I couldn't find the address at their website, but here's the address to the Safeway that's in the same plaza:
5130 Broadway
Oakland, CA 94611

They sell the gear oil for about $7/qt. So you'll save a little from most of the shops that have it.

Never had a problem using the M1 synth from kragens. I dunno, mt90 was too thin for track use.
