Hmm tough call, I'd be pissed if someone Febreezed my face, but I think I'd be more pissed if someone stabbed me with scissors. Not fake IMO. You can see the skin raised where the blades are under the skin. It was a lucky throw for sure. Scissors would have had to have hit perfect to cause a puncture wound like that. That's why he isn't bleeding everywhere. Hole is only just as big as the blades, stopping the blood from squirting the camera.
