Apparently a 3" OD pipe with 2.5" flanges are now being called 3" test pipes, at least according to "performanceexhaust." Ironic. Be careful what you're bidding on....

you need to rate his ass..  so no one else to buy from them ever again.   I had similar experience.  A dude saw my bid and emailed me privately and suggest I buy from him for cheaper of the same product.  I send the money and he never delivered.  I'm gonna hunt you down mother fucka

umm, before buying stuff, and sending money to people, you should make sure they give the the UPS tracking number so at least you can know that its been sent, duh!!
