How much would it be to swap a 97 240sx (automatic) to a manual transimission? Has anyone done the swap to thier 240's?

Silvia- you talking about doing it yourself? If so, get a tranny, clutch/flywheel, master cylinder (slave should be on the tranny) pedal, and the interior piece. I think I got it all. Now locate everything and drill/mount. It's not as easy as it sounds, but it can be done (obviously) OR have a shop do it for you....

Should cost about $600 bucks for parts, that is with a stock replacement clutch tho. Add $150 for ACT or aftermarket clutch. Labor would be between $400-800 dollars.
You don't need a brake pedal assembly, just saw off your existing auto brake pedal. Much easier and you can't tell the difference when you put on aftermarket pedal covers.
Everything is pretty much plug and play. I will be doing the swap this summer so I'll let you know how it goes. Drifteq has done the swap so you can probably search the threads for some of his posts.
