On my current KA setup, at the ignition switch, on the steering column there is a harness plug. Apparently the previous owner shorted something causing it to burn somewhat at that connection, therefore every now and then the car will not crank due to the ignition not getting power at the connection. Anyone else have a similar problem or know the easiest way to fix this. The only thing I can think of is to get a new plug altogether and rewire the harness. If it helps any it is the white wire that appears to have shorted at some time and also the plug itself feels hot.
