s13 ka24de and s14 ka24de question?

can u take a s13 ka24de distributer and install on a s14 ka24de? so u dont have to change the ecu's and shit, as far as i know thas all that is different. i can only find s14 ka24de's. i need a motor reall quick and need to install asap but if there is a way around swappin ecu's and harnesses i will go that route. thanx

yeah, the distributor goes right in. the only difference the two engines are manifolds. swap them and thats it. oh, and the valve covers are slightly different(no swap needed). ive done the same s14 into an s13. automatic, manual pilot bushings are different by the way.
