need s13/14- have money(show me what you have so cal)

Hi, I just sold my Yukon so I have money for a S13 or 14. Might sound stupid, but I'm looking for a car that has a lot invested into it already so I can go from there. Remember, I got cash and I'm located in So. Cal so let me know what you guys have.

-no KA(T)'s
-5 lug
-driveable everyday for atleast 2.5 years
