SAFC 2 Basic Settings?

Hey guys

I just purchased a SAFC 2 for my 95 S14 SR20det VTC engine.
I was wondering some of the basic settings so I know what to do when I put it in.

I need the Sensor Calibration settings. Ex: 1-1, 0-0

Is it Throttle Up or Down?

Sensor Numbers In and Out and is it hot wire/pressure? Ex of in and out. 5 – 5

Don't you have the instructions? If not, you can probably find them in PDF form on apexi's website. Properly set it up before you start your car or you are asking for trouble.

yeah i know i am not gonna start it.
the instructions has the in and out as an example but they dont tell me the rest of the settings.
i wanted to see what everyone else was using so i could know what was right and what was wrong.

so does anyone know?

i will look for you tonight man, but i believe its throttle up (voltage increases as throttle is is applied, I believe there is a way to test this on one of the menu's it displays the voltage of each sensor and if you turn your car to 'on' and apply throttle you'll see the voltage change.) It is hotwire and the in-out is 5,5.

depends on what series your motor is(ecu code) i believe for a s14 its HW-5,
HW for hotwire, throttle position up or down can be checked with car on/engine off. just set it, and monitor throttle, if its at 100% with no throttle applied change it to opposite.

In and out is basically that. if u are using a s14 maf, and s14 ecu, use 5 in 5 out(if 5 is your correct number)

im not sure about which number it is though for s14, i think it is because if i recall sr20det's are all hw5 or hw6, (other than the fwd version)

ill try and look for the manual when i get home, but i cant guarantee i have it around..

checked my manual, sensor no. = HW-5 relates to s14 93.1~*(sr20det), all the rwd (r)ps13 sr20's and s14 sr20de is HW-6

edit: sensor calibration for stock s14 is 1 in 1 out.
edit edit: and sensor calibration and number are 2 different things see above for no.
