windshild wipers dont work

Does anyone know what the problem might be, because when i turn them on, the motor clicks but the wipersdont move? Help, its snowing and i cant see!!!!

if the motor works but the wipers dont move the teath on the wiper arms are probably not engaged(to lose) and tightning the bolt on the wiper arm should fix this. however if the motor is not turning it is probably dead and needs to be replaced
