I have a stock t25 turbo with about 60k miles on it, with manifold, stock turbo outlet, and SSauto turbo outlet (if you can "make" it fit). It has minimal shaft play and it boosts fine, Its never seen over 9lbs. $175
Also, I have a VLSD non-abs, with 6 bolt flanges, so you can easily bolt it up to your stock 89-94 240sx's axles in about 45 minutes. $275

Does the shaft play on the turbo effect it at all, or effect the performance. I may want the turbo if its in pretty decent shape. I will give you 175 shipped to 17225.
