ok so z32 brake conversion here..no leaks in brake lines, brakes are functional...but pedal must be depressed to the floor and it take forever to stop. and when u let go of the brakes, the pads dont release. i bled the system, and there are no leaks.also, it sounds like the rotor is actually rubbing the caliper? please help-thanks

did you mistakinly get 26mm rotors and 30mm calipers or visa versa? I had something similar happen to me. If you have a friend with z32 set up maybe you can test some things out.

brand new? rebuilt? orr used? how many miles, you might need to rebuild the calipers.

I had a similar issue, but it was with stock calipers... try adjusting the length of the Rod that goes into the MC. Look at the back of the brake pedal, you'll see it. Loosen the nut and lengthen it a bit, maybe that'll help.
If not... I dunno.

which bolts did you use to attach the calipers to the spindle? one of them (either the 240sx bolts or the z32 ones) is longer, i don't remember which. if so, just put a few thick washers in there. it won't fix the long pedal but it may fix the rubbing noise.

z32 bolts are shorter.
