Trip to SoCal

So I'm finally heading out to SoCal for a "vacation." I'm going with my dad on a business trip, but I was wondering what some cool shops were to go check out. I figured I'd go check out Signal Auto and maybe Motorex (are they still open?) Then we're going to go check out Boyd Coddington's shop and West Coast Choppers. I was just looking for some other shops that have some nice cars to look at. Thanks.

things you will notice while your in so cal... smoking is looked down upon by advertisements, there are plenty gay people, traffic can get crowded, you can buy jack daniels in the grocery store... (kinda cool for someone whos from a commonwealth lol) welcome to zilvia. as far as shops, i dont know nothing bout no stinkin shops. we dont need no stinkin shops.
